Delvan Raundusi serves as Senior Director at Sentry Risk Consulting, with extensive expertise in operational risk, RCSA frameworks, and enterprise-wide governance structures. As former Head of Operational Risk, Delvan has overseen risk functions in complex banking environments, ensuring resilience, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
With a career spanning Europe and the Middle East, Delvan combines technical rigor with practical execution, helping financial institutions and corporates design frameworks that withstand regulatory scrutiny and deliver measurable value. His hands-on approach and deep knowledge of regional market dynamics make him a trusted partner for clients navigating risk, compliance, and business growth in the Gulf region.
Sean Rahimi
Managing Director/Founder
Sean Rahimi is the founder of Sentry Risk Consulting and brings over 15 years of experience in credit risk management, governance, and strategic advisory. He has held senior roles at leading Nordic banks and financial institutions, where he specialized in IRB model development, IFRS 9, and stress testing under strict EU regulatory frameworks.
Sean has successfully led risk and compliance programs across Handelsbanken, Swedbank, Klarna, and Nasdaq Clearing, giving him a strong track record in aligning global best practices with regional regulatory requirements. Beyond his technical expertise, he is deeply committed to enabling international businesses to establish and scale in the UAE and Gulf region—offering clients not just compliance, but a strategic pathway to growth.
